A rewinding machine for large rolls
The machine can rewind material rolls of up to 1 m in diameter. The material rolls can be processed from left to right or vice versa. The rewinding process can be supervised by a camera. An edge trim is also possible. The precision splice tables installed allow several rolls of material to be joined together to form one large roll.

Using modern servo technology, we are can achieve constant winding quality. Storing of job data is possible with the convenient control system.
Web speeds of up to 450 m/min, and a web width of up to 550 mm allow effective processing.
